You may contact Make to have them confirm which baseUrl they target, and to have their error message parsed.
If you have no control over the URL for ‘Sandbox’, then only Make can update it for you.
I can, at the very least, confirm that both your consumer- and employee token are valid, compatible, and active in the new sandbox.

I’m sure others would agree that this change/feature would be great to have. To help prioritise what Make is going to work on next, the only official method is via the Idea Exchange.
To prevent duplicates, do search for similar requests first just in case someone already brought this up!
If you don’t see one, please submit your suggestion/change request, then post the link to it here so we can take a look.
— @samliew P.S.: investing some effort into the tutorials in the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make!
Hi @samliew Thank you again for your answer. One question: Wouldn’t it be better to raise a support ticket instead of an change request to solve this issue? Unfortunately I cannot raise such ticket myself, because it not included in the Free plan I am currently using. Is there another way to raise a ticket, you are aware of? Sending an email to help@make.com doesn’t work.
Thank you for raising this issue with us, and we apologize for the problems caused by this error.
I have informed our developers about the situation, and they will investigate further to take the appropriate measures to resolve this issue.
Don’t worry, I will keep you in the loop throughout the process and come back with updates as soon as we have some.
Regarding your question about creating a ticket. As you said, we have moved our Support resources exclusively to our paying users after the initial 90-day complimentary period. Feel free to visit other resources to resolve your problems:
