Is there any way in make which can convert the text provided to markdown?

There is a Make default module that can convert HTML to Markdown and vice versa:

I am aware of that but what i need is text to markdown.

Can you give an example of the input you want to convert and what output you would like to receive?
If you want to apply markdown ‘identifiers’ (e.g. # for heading 1) you have to be able to identify what type of text it is… What identifiers do you have in your text (when it is not formatted with HTML tags)?

There is no such thing as Text to Markdown, because plain text does not have formatting, so you can’t convert no formatting to formatted text, without knowing first what you want to format.

You could try using OpenAI to suggest HTML or Markdown formatting for your plain text.
