I have a scenario that creates a project in Asana when a Pipedrive deal is won. This has worked previously without any trouble but in the last week or so this has stopped working on a particular Pipedrive Deal.
The error that I am getting is a [403] error “[403] project: Not the correct type”. I have a formula that chooses the appropriate template based on which organisation the project is from. This is an IF statement with 3 options, each a different template. Note these are the new template types.
When I use one of the old Asana template formats, the scenario works. Any reason anyone can see these new formats have become troublesome?
