Create Qwilr Page from Template

Hi - I’m trying to generate a Qwilr page from an existing Qwilr template using deal data from Active Campaign. I’ve got the first steps of the sequence working (watch deals, get an account, get a contact) but then when I build the Qwilr step I need a template ID.

There’s no documentation on the Make or Qwilr sites, so I’m a bit stuck.
