Creating a contact in a CRM from an Outlook vCard - possible?

Use case: To save someone rekeying an Outlook contact into a CRM (assuming the CRM doesnt have a connector to Outlook), if I send a Contact vCard as an attachment to a MailHook, is it possible to open the attachment and look at the structured content of the vCard and extract it?

A vCard is just a text file in a specific format.

You can read it if you know the format in advance.
