Creating a Forum Topic In Telegram Super Group isn't working

Hey all,

I try to create a Forum Topic in a Telegram Super Group using the Telegram API. However, I keep getting the same error:
[400] Bad Request: title must be non-empty

The problem is: I give a title in the API call that is not empty. So I am not sure how I can fix this.
