How to send Telegram bot message to a group for specific topic

Hi all,
I need to know, how to send TelegramBot message to a group (not supergroup) that has topic?

Let say,
group name: Trading
topic in group: #general (default), #comodities, #money
group chat-ID is “-4123xxxx”, the topic #money chat-ID is “-1012312xxxx_3”

In Scenario Editor
Trial 1: I fill Chat-ID field with “-4123xxxx”, successful to send to group
Trial 2: I fill Chat-ID field with “-1012312xxxx_3” successful, but sent to group #general, not in #money
Trial 3: I fill Chat-ID field with Group chat-ID and Message Thread-ID field with Topic chat-ID, it’s ERROR unsuccessful

ASK: I want the message is sent to group Trading inside topic #money.
