:us: Good afternoon. I need a specialist who automates the work of several channels in Telegram. Specifically, we need a scenario in which from several own channels all posts are sent to one channel created by me (through a bot, which is an admin in all interested channels and groups). In this case, part of the text in the posts will have to be deleted.

Hi @Aleksandr1,

I’ve helped set up a few similar automations where a bot does the heavy lifting between channels/groups (especially when the bot is already an admin everywhere).

So, straight to the technical side:

  • Make.com doesn’t have a native module for direct Telegram channel monitoring (only bots/groups), but you can use the Telegram Bot module to listen for new messages via webhooks.
  • Your bot needs admin rights (which you already have) to read and post in all the channels.
  • For modifying the message text, a Text Parser/Replace function in Make can handle deleting any part of the message—though, if there’s a consistent pattern in what needs to be cut out, it’s pretty straightforward. If not, could need a couple of logic swings.

Some technical sticking points:

  • Telegram’s API will only let the bot “see” messages in channels where it’s an admin, which you’ve sorted
  • Can run into issues if edits or special media types are involved, could need extra steps for attachments
  • There’s delays if you’ve got tons of volume—Make schedules/processes aren’t always fully real-time
