My posts from Telegram when I send a test only posts the word “collections” in the Discord Channel. I am trying to forward posts from a Public Channel I do not own to my Telegram Channel, then post to Discord from there

It looks like you’re mapping a collection field, in this case, you need to map the text under that collection. Try to test run your Telegram trigger by sending a test message in your Telegram channel:
Once done, the fields (with sample data shown in mapping) will then be visible:
