What are you trying to achieve?
An assigned channel, which is already in place and properly set-up or configured
So whenever I send any message (including photos, files, or videos) from myself or from a discord embed bot or a discord bot that sends a message on that discord channel, it should be forwarded to a telegram (owned) public channel
If there are any additions, please guide me since I am new
Steps taken so far
Discord Module is check
Discord Bot which is from Integromat (from the Make bot) is check and I have already added the bot too in the category so that it would sync on the channel for extra sureness
Telegram Bot (w/ admin perms) is added too in the (owned) public channel
But the Telegram is the problem for me, what steps or procedures should I make so that it can finally send from Discord to Telegram

You have to invite your Telegram bot to your channel citlalileaks as an admin.

Hello, I already did by the way
Is it the “Text” Section? or is it the Telegram Bot
Though, this is the option for the Telegram Bot, nothing’s wrong with I think
I tested it again, did the “Run Once” and it finally sent, but I don’t know if the “Text” Section is correct as it only shows “[Collection]”
Next is, I saved, and turned it on,
tried to test on discord → discord channel which I have assigned but no message on telegram
This is the concern that I am having currently, If you have a solution or guide for it, thank you
