Recently I tried to configure the bot that able to connect both Discord channels and the Telegram Private group
1st issue
I use a template that was available on the make.com site
but I got an error

This error caused my msg wasn’t sent to telegram
2nd issue
Telegram to Discord
The msg was successfully sent
but if there is an image, they have not sent the image
just the msg, I’m pretty sure already tried many other options
I am not sure if this is because I still use the free version.
