CSV module doesn't process binary data due to multiple header rows

Hi there, would be grateful if someone could advise how to resolve my issue. My CSV module generates the following error: “Number of columns on line 2 does not match header”, I am processing the binary data from SFTP via CSV and then aim to transfer it to Airtable. But come across the Error at CSV stage. It seems like the file has multiple rows as header, thereby CSV blocks it, is there any other editor which will allow deleting unnecessary row. Thanks in advance.

can you provide dummy data (do not share real data if it includes personally identifiable information of you or customers, or passwords) of what the raw binary data looks like.

if you are able to provide, i can provide a couple of suggestions to fix this.
