Custom connection between Aladtec and KNACK

I am looking to hire a person to create a custom connection between two programs. Aladtec is a program used by public safety departments for scheduling. KNACK is a low/no code program for building applications for data management. I would like to hire someone to build a connection between these two programs. The end goal would be when an administrator in Aladtec marks a member for sick leave, it triggers KNACK to create a new sick leave record. Thank you.

Hello @Steven_Vazquez , welcome to the make Hire a pro section , I would love to work with you on this, you can book a call Here to discuss the project requirements and you can checkout my upwork profile Here

Hi @Steven_Vazquez,

just checked and both Knack and Aladtec have an API:
Knack: Using the API
Aladtec: Aladtec API Documentation

This means this won’t be a problem to automate.

The only problem I see is that Aladtec doesn’t seem to have webhooks, meaning we can’t trigger an automation the second an administrator in Aladtec marks a member for sick leave.
Instead, we’ll have to schedule the automation to regularly check if a member is marked for sick leave and hasn’t been processed yet.

I’ve been working with make.com and all kinds of APIs for years now and consider myself an expert in this field.

Would love to jump on a call to talk a bit more about the details. You can book a call with me here: Book A Call | Moonira or just shoot me an email: julius@moonira.com :party_blob:
