Custom Fields not visible in Respond.ip Integration

Hi there,
I’m trying to create a scenario where, when a contact field or tag is updated on Respond.io, I can retrieve information in some of our custom fields on Respond.io. I have a router added, which should allow next steps based on some of these custom fields.

However, on the router, I am unable to see our custom fields. Has anyone else had this issue and gotten around it?

happy to check what the issue is. Could you send the blueprint, preferably with the outputs you get from the respond.io module?

Thank you so much!
I’ve added the blueprint here.
The outputs I get from Respond are the ones in the first screenshot, whereas I’m looking specifically for a field called “Calorie Band” which we have created.

Thanks, but I also need the actual output json of the respond.io module. If you have the output, you can on it and click on the little download file. Need the json in there.

Ohh, I see what the issue is!

The respond.io data you can see in the filters after the router is preset sample data from Respond.io.

What you have to do is to right click the respond.io module → “Run this module only” and then trigger the webhook by updating a contact tag in respond.io.

Then, the data should come through and you should be able to also see it in the filter to map it.
