I have a problem with the configuration of the Instagram facebook module (DataError: The image format is not supported. (36001, OAuthException)). I can’t understand and follow the process correctly to authenticate my Instagram account on Make via business.facebook.com.I really don’t understand the procedure to follow to validate the PPA authorization. If anyone can help me, it would be super appreciated
I have the same problem, I am trying to post an instagram picture after picking a publick URL from an airtable base.
I know that the picture is ok because I can post it on Instagram directly.
I have an Instagram business account and linked the facebook page. Blocks like “get users insights” work without problems.
I have tried recreating the connection from scratch but without success.
