Data Error When trying to retrieve carousel images from Instagram

I am using the Watch Public User Media for Instagram with Business, and trying to get the URLs when a carousel is picked up.

I have tried the Get Media and Get Album Media, but I just keep getting a Data error.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey @Daniel_Vant,

Based on your error message, your account doesn’t have the right to get the information or the feature is not supported anymore form the Facebook API.

I would recommend to use Bright data to scrape data from social media. I have already done a solution for a client of mine, and it works to get useful statistical information about the post’s engagement.
