Débutant : Automatiser des mises en page avec l'IA (G.Drive, G.Docs, ...)

I’m looking for someone to help me set up a PLC. Here’s the objective:

I want to automate the processing of technical documents in Google Drive. My workflow must :

Monitor a Google Drive folder for new files in PDF or Word format.
Automatically extract structured content from these files (headings, subheadings, complete paragraphs).
Reformat this content according to an existing Google Docs template.
Generate a new Word document with this layout.
Automatically move this final file to a destination Drive folder
Notify by e-mail (via Gmail) if the process has succeeded or failed, with the link to the final file.
I want this whole process to be 100% automated, reliable, and based solely on the free modules available in MAKE.

I’d like to remind you that I’m a beginner, I’ve already worked on N8N but the handling is so different that I doubt my ability to complete this automaton.
In short, please HELP ME !!!

Je tiens à rappeler que je suis débutant, j’ai déjà travailler sur N8N mais la prise en main est tellement différente que je doute de ma capacité à compléter cet automate.
