I want to transcribe an audio file and add the transcription to AirTable

I have set up a folder in Dropbox where I save audio dictation using iPhone Voice Recorder (file format m4a)

I have the following 5 modules.:

  1. Dropbox Watch Files
  2. Dropbox Download a File
  3. CloudConvert
  4. OpenAI(ChatGPT, Whisper, DALL-E) Create a Transcription (Whisper)
  5. Airtable

Module 1 and 2 pass without error.

Module 3 CloudConvert throughs an error as follows:
The operation failed with an error. convert (UNKNOWN_ERROR): Error initializing output stream . Conversion failed, export/url (INPUT_TASK_FAILED): Input task has failed

How can I fix this? I have plenty of credits on my CloudConvert Account.
