Duplicate Instance ID '21' Found — How to Resolve?

I’m encountering a persistent error in my scenario:

“Duplicate instance id ‘21’ found.”

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  • I reviewed all modules and noticed that the “Add contact to Mindbody” module is labeled with ID 21.
  • I deleted and recreated that module, but the error persists.
  • I also checked the ClickFunnels 2.0 – Watch contacts module, which is ID 74, so no conflict there.
  • I’ve attempted to trim the scenario and reconfigure, but the issue continues.

It seems that even after removing the conflicting module, there may be a leftover or hidden reference in the scenario structure or internal blueprint.

Can you please help me:

  1. Identify what’s causing this duplicate ID issue?
  2. Clear or reset the duplicate instance reference?

After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
