Hi Make.com Support Team,
I recently signed up for an account on Make.com with my business email address, but I haven’t received the confirmation email.
I’ve checked my spam/junk folders, tried resending the confirmation email, and used different browsers, but no luck.
Could you please help me verify my account manually or provide guidance on resolving this?

You mentioned signing up for a Make account with your business email address.
Since you’re able to post here, it seems you have another Make account through which you registered in the community. Could you please sign into that Make account and open a support ticket with our Care Team? They’ll be happy to assist with verifying your business email address.

That is my main problem since I never received a email confirmation for my other account which will be my main account I cannot even login or open any ticket and that is the reason I just logged in with my personal account to be able to post through the community I’ve tried to sign up and request for resend verification multiple times and unfortunately nothing I need a way to somehow be able to open a ticket from my main business was account that I’m going to use with make.com not this account which is my personal account

I completely understand your point. However, if you open a ticket using your personal account, you can explain the situation and provide the business email associated with the other account that needs verification. The Customer Care team will then assist with re-verifying it.
Your personal account will only be used to contact the Care Team and it won’t be linked to your business account once it gets reverified.
