Hi.
I am having problems with the integration of your service on Make.com.
The automation scenario was working great until a few days ago’ where since then, without changing any parameters, the Ilovepdf node returns 401 error.
I tried recreating the api key by associating it with a new Make.com connection, but the problem remains. From Make I tried to verify the connection and no errors are returned, but if I try to reauthorize your service this error comes up “The request failed due to failure of a previous request. Invalid OAuth provider address.”
@Edoardo_Pivi, Can you provide a screenshot / json of your scenario please ? Also, this is Make.com community forum, not ilovepdf’s. If the problem is in reauthorizing their API, it’s probably the best to contact their customer service directly.
I’ll leave you the screenshot of a part of the scenario. I also wrote to their support, but I preferred to write here as well because of a possible Make.com authentication problem.
From the connections page I checked all the bees present and there are no errors. However starting the reauthorization process make returns an erroe related to OAuth.
Yes, I use the free plan with 2500 monthly credits and after renewal I have not consumed any credits. It has always worked perfectly so I don’t think it’s a credit problem.
Maybe they changed the terms of use (?) but I haven’t seen any email communication and logging into the control panel still shows credits.
Support responded to me asking for more information, but so far no useful answer
Since I had to use the automation I tried recreating an I Love Pdf account from scratch (and of course with new keys as well) using another email and redoing the connection. It works! I made the connection directly from the scenario editor using the Add button, after entering the keys it worked again.
Meanwhile hearing from support they indicated that I probably discovered a bug related to authentication, they are fixing the problem, I will let you know
