Hi @Ana_Paula_Borges_Seg,

Unfortunately, there is no workaround to this limitation. The file is too big to be processed. These are the maximum file sizes: Working with files - Help Center

So, to increase the limit, I have to subscribe to the paid plan?

Yes, higher plans give higher file size limits.
