The scenario worked with some initial draft templates, but when I wanted to use the final ones, I created them in Meta Business and they appear normally in Make, but when I run them, an error occurs that seems to be a language issue. However, both the draft and final templates were created in Colombian Spanish, so I proceeded to: 1) Change the language of the final templates to only Spanish (without the Colombian Spanish), 2) Update the text of the draft templates without changing the language, since they were already working. With both changes, the scenario presents the same error; it’s apparently a language error, and I don’t see any other alternatives to try and fix it. Could you help me?

Hi @Maria_Carolina_Gonza. Welcome to the Make community.

This issue is actually related to WhatsApp Business API and not Make.

Can you make the API call with that template name using curl?

Since you state that the template exists, is approved by Meta and has a translation to es_CO, I would check if the number you are using to send the message is allowed to work with the template, or if it was created and tested only with the test number.
