I’ve been trying to use the Send a Template Message module by whatsapp on make. An output is produced but the message doesn’t get delivered. If I try the same thing with Send a Message, it goes through, but obviously that is ONLY possible if the message receiver has interacted with the Whatsapp Business first. Any one able to resolve this?
That is wierd. Are you sure you are using the right reciever ID ?
The same that is on you “Send a message” ?
Did you interact with the sender ID already or is it the same sender ID that you are interacting with both of your test ? Cause I can see a Upload to WA ?
I tested on my hand and I can send template messages. I tried with two of my numbers, so I had to unlock communication twice with both of my numbers by interacting with them. Do you use only one number ? Maybe you mixed them up ?
Turns out I needed to add a payment method to the whatsapp business account! Template messages are going through now.
