Etsy to Google Sheets Integration Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate my Etsy shop with Google Sheets, but I’m facing an issue with the Personalization field. I’m using the “Trigger Etsy shop receipts and add them to Google Sheets for tracking” template.

When I set up my automation, I keep getting the text “Customized” instead of the actual personalized name provided by the customer.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, i have the same problem with my notion Integration. All of my orders come with an personalized text of my costumers. Without them my Integration is useless.
