Facebook [500] 1, OAuthException error

There seems to be an issue with the make.com Facebook module and scheduling content.

I get the following error: [500] The external server cannot process the request due to an internal issue. Details: An unknown error has occurred. (1, OAuthException)

I’m not the only one with this problem, as it seems to be reported on Facebook about this issue and make.com, but seems no one has reported it here. Any input or advice how to solve it? https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/646948768295234/

Hi, do you have any update on this issue?
One of my scenarios has failed again due to the same reason:

[500] The external server cannot process the request due to an internal issue. Details: An unknown error has occurred. (1, OAuthException)

Do you have an estimated time for when this will be resolved?

Same issue here, please resolve :folded_hands:

Where will you be posting an update, where can I track this issue?

It seems to be all working again now!

Unfortunately, the problem still seems to exist. One of my scenarios queries a Facebook page for latest posts and the error I get is still “An unknown error has occurred. (1, OAuthException)”.

Is this some tenant specific error or are others also still facing the issue?
