I’ve been struggling with an integration lately.
I’ve been trying to link a google sheets sheet to Facebook’s Conversion API.
This Sheets acts as a CRM, where leads from Facebook ads are collected and each lead stage is updated.
I have succesfully connected everything (Make, Google Sheets, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversion API) and the lead stages are correctly sent to Facebooks Conversion API (along with the correct lead ID) … but for some reason facebook doesn’t recognise the events that are sent and correctly received, as a matter of fact they are showing in real time in the events manager … I contacted Facebook support & they told me that it seems to be a problem related to Make.
Can anyone help me? I can’t understand at all where is the problem since everything apparently works fine
