That’s interesting. Perhaps it might have been disabled for everyone.

On February 6, 2024, Meta shut down the Offline Conversions API. This means that the Facebook Offline Conversions app is no longer available on Make.
Since the offline conversions module is now deprecated, please use the Facebook conversions API > Send event module instead.
