What is your goal?
I want to retrieve Facebook Page information using the native Facebook Pages – Get a Page module in Make, but the module fails with the error “(#12) parking field is deprecated”. My goal is to identify the cause and find a solution that allows the module to work correctly again.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the native Facebook Pages – Get a Page module.
When I run the module, I receive the following error:
[400] The HTTP request that was sent to the server has invalid syntax.
Details:
(#12) parking field is deprecated (12, OAuthException)
Code: RuntimeError
Origin: Facebook Pages
My Facebook connection works correctly:
Authentication is successful.
Make correctly displays the Facebook Pages I manage.
I can select any Page from the dropdown menu.
However, the module fails every time I try to execute it.
I’ve tested it with multiple Facebook Pages and the same error occurs with all of them.
Questions
Is this a known issue with the Facebook Pages connector?
Is the connector still sending the deprecated parking field in its API request?
Is a fix or update planned?
Is there any workaround that allows us to continue using the native Facebook Pages module?
I would prefer to keep using the native Make connector rather than switching to custom HTTP requests.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!
