Good day. I am trying to automate a Facebook system that posts based on date/time from a Google sheet. However, when I try to run the scenario, it throws out errors that it can’t find the date/time, and only posts the first row.
I would appreciate an explanation on how to properly do this because YouTube tutorials give the same resulting errors.
For future- fi you would like to use URL instead of mapping, you must store images somewhere else because Google Drive is not compatible with Meta. I recommend 0CodeKit as the easiest and probably cheapest option to temporarily store images.
In your scenario where you are downloading files thats completely fine but with many posts you can use a lot of data transfer.
As for scheduling, from my experience I suggest using Meta’s scheduling.
So you are fetching posts, for example, once a day early morning/late night and schedule them based on Google Sheets dates.
Why is this approach the most efficient in my opinion?
If anything goes wrong with post generation, you have some time to fix it
If you find that a scheduled post contains an error- as above- you have some time to fix it.
Keep in mind that there is important info in module’s config:
Choose a date and time in the future when you want your post to be published. Must be between 10 minutes and 30 days from the time of the request. If you leave Publish date empty, the post is published immediately.
