I’m using ChatGPT-4 to create a customer support message. The automation sends the customer support message from our tool to an AI assistant that I created with all our brand’s data. Since yesterday it was working well, but suddenly after it has been giving problems.
The issue is that when I send the message itself on the playground it creates a solid message. But when I make the API call to my GPT Assistant it gives me an error marking the operation status as failed.
Anyone know what could it be? Thx
