Make App Search now opens with the tools you reach for most
If you build in Make every day, the little clicks matter. Now App Search can match your own rhythm, so your go-to apps and modules show up first, and you can move from idea to scenario step with less hunting around. Whether you live in the same five apps or jump across dozens, App Search now puts your favorites within easy reach.
In Make, you can now star apps and app modules in App Search. This is a new way to make the scenario builder feel a lot more like your own workspace. The goal is simple: spend more time building logic and less time digging through lists.
Whatβs new
-
Star the apps you use most and keep them in a dedicated Starred apps section, right inside App Search.
-
Star individual modules within an app, so the actions you use all the time sit at the top when you open that app.
-
Star modules on their own, even if the full app is not one you use often. This is handy when a single action does the heavy lifting in a broader scenario.
-
When you search for an app, your starred modules can appear directly in the preview, and once you have at least one starred app, App Search opens on Starred apps by default.
Key benefits
-
Build sales flows faster by starring the CRM actions you touch every day, like creating contacts, updating deals, or logging activities, so you can place the right step in a few seconds.
-
Keep cross-app scenarios moving by starring the exact modules you use for handoffs, like sending a Slack message, adding a row to Google Sheets, or posting data to an API.
-
Give niche tools a permanent spot when it counts. If you only use one module from an app, like creating an invoice or checking an order status, you can pin that module without pinning the whole app.
