Make bigger changes, test more ideas, and keep your build moving
Hey Makers
Large automation scenarios rarely come together in one straight line. You move modules, test routes, adjust mappings, and keep shaping the flow until it fits the job. Now you can explore those edits with a built-in way to step backward or forward in seconds, right inside the scenario builder.
Introducing the new Undo & Redo feature, now live in the scenario builder for all plans. Whether you are rearranging the canvas or tuning details within a module, you can keep building with more confidence and less stop-and-start.

Whatβs new
-
Undo button: Click Undo to reverse your last canvas edit without leaving the scenario builder -
Redo button: Click Redo to reapply an edit when you want to bring it back -
Keyboard shortcuts: Use Cmd+Z for undo, plus Cmd+Shift+Z or Cmd+Y for redo, so edits feel fast and familiar. -
Canvas edits: undo and redo added or removed modules, changed connections, updated routes, and moved modules -
Module setup edits: undo and redo field mapping and text changes inside module configurations -
Schedule edits: undo and redo changes in scenario scheduling
Real-world use cases
-
Reworking an order flow: If you are reorganizing a 20-module e-commerce scenario and move the wrong router, you can go back right away and keep the rest of the build intact.
-
Editing shared automations: Teams managing live lead routing, order handling, or internal handoffs can make changes with more confidence because the last step is easy to reverse on the spot.
-
Comparing two mapping approaches: When you are adjusting fields within a module and want to test a different setup, you can step back, reapply the change, and make a faster decision.

Undo & Redo helps you test changes in your automation scenarios and keep building when an edit needs a quick step back.
