Filter Google Contacts and enter into GoHighLevel Lead Connector CRM

What are you trying to achieve?

I need to filter google contacts by either label or custom field and add to Go HighLevel Lead Connector.
I have loads of contacts (circa 2k) in Google and some are in Lead Connector - I am working through them and want to trigger copying the contact by either add a Label such as “AddLC” OR if not possible create a Custom Field called “AddGHLLC” with content “AddGH” for example and then make.com will pick it up and add the contact name, numbers, emails, phones and notes etc.
If possible then either add a label “GHLLCAdded” or update the Custom Field to “AddGHAdded”.

Steps taken so far

I’ve created the Google Contacts “Watch Contacts” and added a filter which seems to select the recent contact I added but nothing ends up in Lead Connector.

Ongoing, what is the best way of monitoring the contact list? Will this pick up old contacts that have this label or custom field added or should I instead be using “List Contacts” then sort by “most recently modified descending”? Run for say ten, then can I update the contact to change the Custom field or add another Label so when filtering it will miss out ones already done?

Any help gratefully accepted as this will be cripppling to do manually.

The Watch Contacts modules lets you set the parameters of where to start. Right click on the module an dyou get this:

If you set it to “from now on” it should only pick up the new ones you add.

I can’t say, however, why nothing ends up in GHL. You would need to share your scenario and its configuration for that.

Hi, Got to grips with it now.


So view all contacts and filter those with a custom field called “leadconnect” for which I have a value of “lcadd”.
Each contact I want to add I put in this custom field and value which takes a moment.
I then run the scenario and and checks for the email address in Lead Connector then if it is already in emails me to let me know there is a duplicate. It then goes back to the contact and updates the “leadconnect” field to “added.to.lc” so I know it has been processed in google contacts.
In Lead Connector it also adds a tag of “google.contact.check” which I can quickly filter for to ensure everything is ok.
The reason for this complexity is I can send a photo of a contact card from a show and my admin can add it into our lead tracking spreadsheet. from their it gets entered into google contacts and now automatially into Lead Connector.
The spreadsheet has links from woocommerce linking sales to leads and specific products but also tracks other tasks required for setting up that customer eg if we have an address ensuring we have it in a bespoke google map that tracks customer types etc on geographic location so we can ensure we are targeting potential clients in the areas we want to.
