I have a scenario where I have two groups. One group of states will receive an envelope from Docusign via Gmail based on a choice they have made earlier. A second group will receive one of 34 envelopes based on a selection they have made earlier in the scenario. I have tried numerous solutions and none have worked.
It’s almost impossible to help you without providing a detailed breakdown of your scenario setup and screenshots.
My experience with DocuSign is that each document has an envelope ID, and when I send one out, I either store that ID in a data store, or google sheet. eg. I’ll store envelope ID, email, contact name.
When I need to search that particular document, I will do a search by email, get the relevant envelope ID and then use that ID in my Docusign modules
