My plan has a limit of 40,000 operations, but somehow the account exceeded the operations by a lot. Now it shows that I have ‘-526,962’ unused operations. As I need to reactivate my account, I bought 20,000 extra operations and that just reduced the huge number of ‘unused trades’ from -546,962 to -526,962.
Any advice?
I need to reactivate my account asap.
I wrote to support yesterday morning, but still no reply.
