Two days ago, I hit my 40K operations limit. I’ve then subsequently purchased 3 x 10K bundles only to have them consumed within seconds and then I hit my limit again.
I’ve contacted support twice and had no response. So on top of the $62 for my pro account, I’ve spent another $50 on extra ops and still can’t do any work.
One of my apps has used just over 10k operations but the rest are in their 100’s so there’s no way I’ve hit 89,000 operations this month.
What on earth can be going wrong? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Looks like your second to last scenario list could be the culprit. It used over 40k operation. I would take a look into its history and see where the issue is. Is it just running multiple times when its not suppose to? Is there a module that is using more operations than expected? Once you found the root cause send support a detailed explanation of the issue and see if they can work with you to have some of those operations back.
This is what happens when you set the polling frequency too low.
For an interval of 1 minute:
(1440 executions per day) X (the number of output bundles) X (the number of modules)
Please do the Make Academy, it explains how operations are consumed.
For now, I suggest switching off that scenario.
Here are some useful links and guides you can use to learn more on how to use the Make platform, apps, and app modules. I found these useful when I was learning Make, and hope they might benefit you too —
