Hit Operations Limit on Startup Promo — Hoping for Extension While We Optimize

What are you trying to achieve?

We’re building a lean startup and received access to the Startup Promo credits, which we unfortunately burned through due to some misconfigured high-frequency scenarios while learning how Make operations work. We’re trying to resume development and testing inside Make after hitting our Startup Promo operations limit much faster than expected. We’re hoping to extend or refresh our credits temporarily while we adjust our scenario structures to be more efficient.

Steps taken so far

We’ve deactivated the high-frequency scenarios that were running every minute and consuming ops unintentionally. We’ve also already reached out to Make Support via email but haven’t heard back yet. This post is to see if the community or moderators might be able to escalate or offer any guidance.

I saw a response from a Customer Care agent but it seems to have only addressed my question about the operations count and not the extension of our credits. Please correct me if I am wrong. :slight_smile:
