A bug in the scenario consumed all of my operations

Gentlemen, my flow activated on its own and consumed a lot of credits. Is there a way to recover the credits that were consumed due to this bug? My operations have simply been halted because of this bug.

Brother, I can’t find a direct contact channel with Make, like an email or WhatsApp number, for example.
