From integromat to make

Hello,

i try to migrate a client account from integromat to make.
When i click on upgrade, i get an error message.

I ask my client if he already started that migration before. He says no.

what ot do in this situation ?

i am admin on this account. is only owner allowed to do the migration ?

Yes the owner should migrate this. If you migrate it using the admin and you are not the owner it puts you as the owner when I came across this. Normally you would have to put in a ticket and the support person could help with this.
