Get a notification when 5 or more messages are received in the same minute on my Gmail account Can this be achieved?

I believe this is possible. You’ll need a custom mailhook to receive every incoming mail. Then, use a Search Emails module to return the latest 5 messages, and filter those that are more than 5 minutes ago out. If 5 bundles pass through, means you have received 5 emails.
