Where is the upload location of such sites?
Can you help me how to upload files?

To upload files, you need to “own” a space on the internet. This can be provided by a service like Google Drive, or your web hosting provider.
Looks like that is a website, so they have their own server serving the files with their own link path format. To serve files with your own custom links, you need to buy a domain name and a web hosting service.
Why not just use Google Drive?
