Hi @Balamurugan_K ,

This error means your WhatsApp phone number hasn’t been fully registered with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API yet.

Here’s what to check:

  • Go to Meta for Developers → WhatsApp → Getting Started and make sure your phone number is verified and active

  • In Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Manager, confirm the number shows as “Active”

  • Back in Make, ensure your connection has the correct Phone Number ID and Access Token

Get the number fully active on Meta’s side first, then reconnect in Make - that should clear the error right up!
