I have a scenario from GoHighlevel Lead Connector to “Watch Contact Updated” with filter tag contains “testlify send assessment” and send it over to testlify… but Im facing issue
Welcome @claire_s; the error message implies that the data from the GoHighLevel module isn’t as expected or maybe the format used to submit to Testify isn’t correct.
What does the module 6 output look like?
What input does module 8 expect?
Please share scenario screenshots or the blueprint to help further.
Here is the screenshot of my scenarios… So when contact is updated it will filter out the contact and send assessment
Hello @claire_s; looking at your original post image, I notice that the incoming data is simple and your last image seems to be strings.
As such, I suggest reaching out to Make for help because the error seems to be for something happening behind the scenes.
Also, let them know the frequency of the error as in always or sometimes, and when sometimes what’s seems to be a common aspect.
