I have a label that I manually set on gmail to specific threads.
I have a scenario that watches new emails in this thread.
Problem is - when a new message arrives in that thread, it’s not really labeld with that label, and isn’t recognized by Make.
I double tested it by deleting the first message in the thread on Gmail, and saw that the label was comlpetely removed, meaning that new messages don’t get the label actually.
How do I solve that?

You need to use the Email (not Gmail) app to search new emails by label.
But the labels aren’t being applied is a problem with Gmail, not the module itself
I have the same issue. After an e-mail is being sent through the Gmail app, I can’t add a label to that specific email. Weird.
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.
