I am new to Make.com and would really appreciate your help!
Here’s the automation I’m trying to set up:
1. When a new event titled “Ongoing Interviews” is added to Google Calendar, a row is added to an Excel sheet, and a notification is sent to Slack.
Issues I’m Facing:
1. Notifications are also sent for canceled events with the title “Ongoing Interviews.”
2. How can I set up the logic so that notifications are triggered only when a new event is added to Google Calendar (I don’t need messages about past or canceled events)?
3. How do I ensure that notifications are sent only once when a new invite is created?
Current Behavior:
1. I receive four notifications for the same event.
2. Notifications are sent repeatedly based on the specified frequency (e.g., every 15 minutes or once a day) for the same event.
I’d be very grateful for your advice!
