Also, I have a running scenario of linking purchased lecture ( woo commerce) to LMS for pre-recorded lecture. Now I want similar automation for live lectures

I see you need two main things, one place to store the pre-recordings and one automation for live automation, right?
In this case I would recommend to use Airtable as a database system and them Make to automate the workflows.
