I would like to connect zoom, Fillout and Smartsuite. I want to set up an automation that when a zoom is booked through fillout (with a unique link that goes in a formula field) that when the call happens it is transcribed, put into a pdf, titles it with the date and clients name and then updates that specifics clients record with the transcription. I am going through make academy but still on the basics section I would appreciate it if you could explain the steps like I am a kid.
