The steps you have taken
I want to connect to Zoom, however, I am a user account under a group education account, so i don’t have account-level app admin right, I only have user-managed app level right, so I could not follow the guide given to connect Zoom to Make.

I tried to create using a user-managed app, but i realize the trigger does not work. But other function can. I wonder whether anyone can help me to make the trigger work.

I realise that I can get the trigger to work in Zapier, but not Make.

Hi Patrick!

Based on the documentation here, you’ll need to select the “Account-Level” to make it work:

I tested this on my own account and it works, I would suggest reaching out to your Zoom Account admin to create the credentials for you.
