Google Sheet watch changes -> Mailchimp update a subscriber

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I have a Google Sheet with my customer information: name, surname, email, status (customer, prospect, etc.). I would like that when information is modified in my Google Sheet, the information is also updated in Mailchimp.

 What is the problem?

My Google Sheets web hood is working (the changes are successfully uploaded to make.com). However, I can’t figure out how to configure my Mailchimp module because the Google Sheets tags aren’t appearing.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

I tried the ADD/update a subscriber and Add/update a member list modules. But I don’t have any tags to link my old Mailchimp data to the updated values.

Hi @Morgane-op ,

The module you’ve used is correct. To update data in Mailchimp, you need to use the Add/Update a Subscriber module to ensure that all required fields are mapped correctly.

In your scenario, you have to select the List ID from the list. Then, under the List Fields section, map all the relevant fields according to your data structure.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

Hope this should resolve the issue.
Please feel free to reach out if you face any further issues or need additional assistance.

My problem lies precisely here. In my Google Sheet, my headers are “LAST NAME”, “EMAIL”, etc. But these fields don’t appear when I try to map the data in Mailchimp.

PS : I should point out that I have another scenario with “Watch new row” from Google sheet to “Add / update a subscriber” to import my new contacts from this Google Sheet file into Mailchimp and everything works.

Yeah cause Watch NEW ROWS and Watch CHAGES are two different modules that watch for different things and have two different output structures.

What are you watching for in this sheet specifically? When the “statut” changes?

allI successfully automated the process, thank you for your help.
The “watch changes” and “add/update a subscriber” modules are indeed the ones to use. However, you need to expand the “row values” section; the letters correspond to the columns in the Google Sheet. Once the letters are used as Mailchimp tags, the information will automatically update in the Mailchimp audience.
